a-emotional light Ballet Composition

The a-emotional light Ballet Composition Pendant was designed by Héctor Serrano. It is a combination of the three pendants from The Ballet Collection, Plié, Elancé, and Relevé. Héctor created these pendants to capture a state of dance, giving the illusion of movement. The asymmetrical forms of the pendant make the shape appear different depending on the observer's viewpoint, seemingly moving each time it’s viewed. When illuminated, the shade diffuses light into a play of lights and shadows against the walls, further developing the sense of movement.

The pendants in The Ballet Composition are created using a stainless-steel mesh coated in silicone. This mesh is both flexible and durable and can easily be moulded and formed into organic-looking shapes. This composition makes for an elegant feature when installed above a surface, such as above a dining table, whether at home or in a commercial setting. The Ballet Composition can be installed individually or as multiples to create a constant dance of light and shadows in any interior.
