Minimum order value for EU delivery

There is a minimum order value of £200 inc. VAT (£166.67 ex. VAT) for orders to any EU country. VAT will automatically be removed from your order at the checkout once you select a delivery address to an EU country. We will not be able process your order if the total value, once VAT has been removed, does not meet this minimum amount.

Do you deliver internationally?

We can deliver to a range of different overseas countries. If you’re placing your order via our website, add your item to the basket and follow the checkout procedure. When you enter your delivery address, there is a list of countries to choose from that we can deliver to. If you don’t see your country on the list, please contact us to discuss whether we can ship to your country. In most cases, there is a shipping charge for delivery to overseas countries. Will I pay VAT on my order if it is delivered to a non-UK country?

No, if your items are being delivered outside the UK, we will not charge VAT on your order. However, you may have customs charges and VAT to pay upon receipt of the items in the country to which it’s being delivered. We recommend that customers research this prior to ordering.

How long will my order take to be delivered to me?

For delivery outside the UK, we will contact you with an approximate lead time within 3 working days of you placing your order.

Import and customs fees for overseas customers

If you request items delivered to an address outside of Mainland UK, you may need to pay customs and import charges when you receive your items. We advise that you contact your local tax office, before ordering, to check what taxes and customs fees may be incurred. This responsibly lies with consumers and we will be unable assist you in these instances.
