Our export service

We provide tracking details for international orders, giving you the opportunity to see exactly when orders are due to arrive - with full insurance provided for reassurance in the unlikely event that items aren’t received as intended.

Remaining an independent company allows us the flexibility to accurately quote for shipping on a case by case basis, sourcing the best shipping cost from a range of couriers, and providing you with a fair cost reflective of both the size of your order and the precise delivery location. It’s for this reason that our website doesn’t automatically provide shipping costs for overseas orders – instead, our team calculate the shipping cost based on each individual order so that we are able to provide a fair and transparent service. If you order via our website and select an overseas delivery address, we will contact you within two working days regarding shipping costs and delivery. Alternatively, you can contact us prior to ordering for a shipping quotation.

VAT and customs fees

Purchases delivered outside the UK will be charged with VAT deducted from any amounts charged (UK VAT is currently 20%). In these cases you should contact your local tax office, before ordering, to check what taxes and customs fees may be incurred. This responsibility lies with consumers and we will be unable to assist you in these instances.

Delivery to EU countries

There is a minimum order value of £200 inc. VAT (£166.67 ex VAT) for orders delivered to EU countries.
