The Ballet Plié by a-emotional light is part of The Ballet Collection by Héctor Serrano. The collection was created after extensive experimentation with stainless steel mesh. This mesh, designed by Arturo Alvarez, is coated with silicone to enhance its flexibility and durability. The minimalistic and durable material gives the Plié pendant a lightweight appearance, while the shape is formed by gathering its apexes.

The Ballet Plié Pendant was designed to convey movement, representing a state in dance. Due to its asymmetrical form, the shape of the pendant appears to change depending on the viewpoint of the observer. When illuminated, this feeling of movement is enhanced further, as the diffused light projects a display of light and shadows against surrounding walls. The Ballet Plié can be installed individually or alongside the other pendants in the collection, Plié and Relevé, to create an elegant display within the home. This customisation allows for larger displays to be created to fill commercial spaces such as restaurants or hotel lobbies.
