Audo Copenhagen Hashira LED Wall Light

The Hashira wall light by Audo Copenhagen is a creative fusion of Japanese and Scandinavian traditions. After the design duo, Norm Architects, visited Japan they discovered the beauty of the rice paper lanterns used in Japan that delicately diffused candlelight whilst highlighting the passion and skill of the craftsmanship. They took their inspiration for the linen shade from these lanterns, which can be seen through the entire Hashira collection.

The designers have cleverly combined this Japanese tradition with the minimalist functionality of Scandinavian design. The simplicity of this wall light means that it can suit and compliment any style of home. From the modern to the rustic, the linen shade can bring a calming touch to your home. Place this design at the side of your bed as a bedside light or down a hallway to add atmosphere to your house.

This lamp can either be installed near a socket with an on/off switch on the wire or as a hardwired wall light.
