The Hashira collection was designed by Norm Architects for Audo Copenhagen. The design duo found inspiration during their travels to Japan, and for this range of lights, they combined the style of traditional Japanese lanterns with contemporary Scandinavian design. The result is a style coined as Japandi. Hashira comes from the Japanese term for Column or pillar which is highlighted in the silhouette of these lights, they feature a natural linen shade which sits atop a wooden base.
Thanks to the texture of the linen shade, Hashira emits a warm and diffused illumination - resulting in a calming ambience for your space. These lights can easily be used in both residential and commercial settings and offer a wide selection of lighting solutions; from table lamps and portables to floor lamps and pendants of varying sizes.
