The flagship member of Ferruccio Laviani’s Kabuki collection, the Kabuki Floor Lamp is crafted using Kartell’s signature injection-moulding technology, creating a unique woven structure similar to lace through which playful patterns of light are diffused. The contrast between its neo-baroque aesthetic and cutting-edge construction process ensures that it is is equally at home in both traditional and contemporary design schemes.

Taking its name from a classical Japanese theatre tradition, the curved, ethereal shape of this lamp is appropriately dramatic, simultaneously resembling both an oversized candlestick and a human head and torso, and combining with its ornate, lace-like texture to draw attention from up close and afar, even in daylight. Its integrated LED light source is fully dimmable and produces a warm, ambient glow which perfectly illuminates both living spaces and commercial environments such as hotels and restaurants.
