Warm Nordic Trombone Floor Lamp

The Trombone Floor Lamp was designed by Jo Hammerborg who first created the design in 1966. After overcoming many technical difficulties, Hammerborg succeeded in his vision and took massive pride in the design, even featuring the light in his own home for many decades. The floor light was named after the instrument as the frame resembles a trombone slide, holding a sleek cylindrical lampshade. The geometric design is emphasised by the lamp's square base.
