New Works Lantern Floor Lamp


Inspired by a traditional Chinese rice paper lamp, the Lantern Floor Lamp by New Works was designed by Torbjorn Andersson and Espen Voll - the co-founders of Anderssen & Voll. The sophisticated floor lamp becomes a centrepiece in the room, with a textured frosted glass diffuser which perches atop a slender steel base. Lantern combines an old shape with new materials, appreciating the classic design whilst still allowing it to adapt to contemporary interiors.

This simplistic design adds a touch of elegance to your space, emitting warm, ambient illumination. This floor lamp is a beautiful addition to living rooms, bedrooms and hallways in residential spaces. It can also be appreciated in commercial settings, especially hotels, libraries, restaurants and bars.

Andersson & Voll is a Norwegian design studio based in Oslo, founded by Torbjorn Andersson and Espen Voll. Both grew up around creative influences; Andersson is the son of a musician, while Voll is the son of a ceramist and architect.
