Frisbi Pendant Light by Flos

The Flos Frisbi pendant light has a chrome reflector and opal diffuser which delivers direct, diffused and reflected luminosity. The Frisbi has three fine steel cables which allows the pendant to be suspended from any ceiling via its injection-moulded ABS ceiling fitting. With a truly modern feel, this ageless pendant light was designed by Achille Castiglioni in 1978 and has remained current in style and still to this day compliments contemporary interiors.

Achille Castiglioni designed the Frisbi pendant lamp for Flos and was one of the founding members of the Association for Industrial design which was established in 1956, with his works in permanent collections in museums around the world including 14 pieces at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Castiglioni’s other designs for Flos include the Arco, Lampadina, Snoopy, Stylos and Ventosa, along with many others.
