The Pan wall light was created by Simon Schmitz, a designer who puts sculpture and movement at the forefront of his designs. This wall light embodies this ethos, with a circular shade and a black structure that controls the dimming and light output. This works by pushing the central black circle in and out and by rotating the light stream using the silver knob. The circular diffuser is transparent, so therefore takes in its surroundings and diffuses the LED light source outwards across the wall in the way you choose. What results is an interesting way of playing with light, an interactive module that is innovative and forward-thinking.
