Discovery Suspension by Artemide

An ingenious design by Ernesto Gismondi (founder of the Studio Artemide s.a.s.) the Discovery lights are an unobtrusive, immaterial and even almost absent objects. An aluminium lightweight ring in 3 colour finishes, that hosts a transparent PMMA flat surface. Discovery only becomes perceptible, when switched on, and the transparent surface becomes fully illuminated. The aluminium rim hosts the LED strip, which then projects light onto the PMMA surface, it then changes from transparent to full of light.

Discovery suspension light emits a direct and indirect light in a uniform way. A light that is so unique and barely perceptible in the room when switched off. Discovery is also available in an App Compatible version, which allows you to control light intensity via the Artemide App.
