Original 1227 Giant Pendant Light by Anglepoise

The Original 1227 Giant pendant light takes its shade design from the classic desk lamp by Anglepoise, first released in 1935. After being commissioned by the Roald Dahl Museum and Story to create a lamp 3 times bigger than the popular Original 1227 desk lamp (which Roald Dahl himself used in his writing hut), Anglepoise developed this concept to produce the Original 1227 Giant Collection, a large-than-life portfolio that boasts fantastical and whimsical lights that take inspiration from the famous author’s stories.

With curved forms and a directional light, the 1227 Giant pendant looks best in dining and kitchen areas, especially over a table. Suitable for home and commercial interiors, this pendant light is available in a range of custom colours and finishes, as well as those listed above.
