a-emotional light Cabana Pendant was created by Spanish designer, Isaac Piñeiro. The inspiration for this canopy-styled pendant is the Galician cabins, also known as cabanas. The pendants are made using the 3D knitting process which is a technique that's commonly used in the textile industry but has never been applied to lighting before. The frame is constructed from aluminium with the fabric draped over allowing gravity to do the rest. The diffused parchment provides the pendant with the weight required for it to take its shape. It also filters the light into a soft, comforting glow which fills the room.

The Cabana Pendant was designed for a-emotional light and is available in two sizes and two colourways: beige and orange. It is made from recycled and recyclable material and arrives in a compact box, ready to be unfolded to take its final shape, minimizing its carbon footprint. The versatile shade can be hung in many places within the home such as a lounge, atrium, bedroom or dining room.
