Santa & Cole Cesta Table Lamp

The Cesta table lamp resembles the traditional lanterns that light up homes along the coast, rural estates and open terraces and is one of the most iconic lamps created by Miguel Milá. He was first inspired to create this table light when he found an opal globe abandoned on the streets of Barcelona. Wanting to create a lamp out of it, he came up with a concept of carrying the globe with a wooden structure. Aptly named after the Spanish word for basket, the Cesta lamp was born, made from a beautiful cherry wooden structure which envelops an inner ball of light.

The Cesta table light has a handle which allows you to easily carry and place your lamp, being suitable for tables, surfaces and floors. The classic silhouette and versatility of the Cesta means the design is timeless and will look contemporary in any setting for decades to come. The table lamp is part of the Santa & Cole Cesta collection and is also available in a smaller size from the Cestita range.
