Gong Table Lamp by Prandina

Prandina’s Gong table lamp is a tabletop version of the original Gong pendant.

Designer Sergio Prandina was inspired by traditional Chinese lanterns to create a cocoon-like diffuser which would contain, protect, and project light. The result is Gong, a single piece of blown glass divided into two sections, an engraved line separating the pure, crystal clear lower section from the more elaborately painted, mirrored or metallized upper section. These two sections work together to demonstrate the versatility of glass and the various ways in which it can be manipulated to fit a particular aesthetic.

The warm ambience created by the Gong table lamp makes it an ideal lighting solution for bedrooms, desks, and seating areas in any contemporary home, office, or hospitality setting. The Gong table light is available in three finishes and in two sizes, the small T1, which is available with a white or black cable, and the large T3, available with a red or white cable.
