Marset Theia P LED Floor Lamp

Designed by Mathias Hahn and inspired by the mother of the sun, the moon and the dawn, this floor lamp uses both light and shadow to create a unique design. The shade has two faces, much like the Greek goddess of the same name, two half-spheres with one placed horizontally and the other vertically, which intersect with each other. Theia prides itself on this fascinating feature that allows you to swivel the fixture around its central axis which adjusts the perspective and direction of the illumination.

With the opaque metal shade, you are able to create the perfect reading light or you could adjust the shade for ambient indirect light. In Theia, the materials and shapes are merely the physical manifestations of the underlying concept: merging both light and shadow in a single piece.
