The shade is curated from extremely thin Fresnel lenses, which reflect the light upon each other when turned on, giving it the appearance of a large sparkling diamond. The lenses optimise reflection and distribution of light, meaning you are not sacrificing functionality for a striking design and you can recreate the effect of glass, without the limitations. Unlike traditional glass or crystal fixtures the Fresnel lenses are much lighter and much less fragile.
