Louis Poulsen Tomoshi LED Portable Lamp

The Tomoshi Portable Lamp was designed by Oki Sato for Louis Poulsen and is a simplistic and versatile lighting solution suitable for a range of interiors. The fusion of Danish and Japanese design is natural, and the appreciation of minimalism and craftsmanship in both cultures results in a harmonious blend of clean lines and subtle aesthetics. Tomoshi is available in either a matte dark brown or matte white finish and utilises a retractable brown genuine leather strap fitted into the top of the lamp, allowing for numerous display methods. This lamp can be stood on tables and shelves or hung in a range of areas around your interior. This strap can also be used to transport the lamp from room to room.

Tomoshi translates to ‘light’ in Japanese and, as Oki Sako says, it is like a friend. It produces a warm and cosy illumination and creates an inviting ambience. The lighting output can be easily personalised with the integrated touch dimmer on the neck of the lamp, allowing you to adjust not only the brightness but also the colour temperature. The output can be set to four varying levels of brightness: 5, 20, 45, or 100%.
