Lamella 2 Pendant by Le Klint

This, the second pendant design in the Le Klint Lamella collection, is an elongated form of the original rounder pendant light. The inspiration for the Lamella collection is the rib-like underside of a mushroom, mirrored in the pleated shade on the pendants, created using the old production technique of Plica.

The Lamella 2 pendant’s tubular shape makes it perfect for rooms with more ceiling height and when used as a cluster provides a truly inspirational display. The closed design means that the Lamella pendants emit a soft, diffused and warm light making them perfect for a hallway or living area.

Designed by Jonah Takagi & Hallgeir Homstvedt, the Lamella pendants are a perfect mix of tradition and modernity, juxtaposing the uniform pleats with a soft silhouette. An effortless-looking pendant inspired by nature has made the Lamella a timeless collection.
