Product Description

Kartell Maui Soft Chair


The fabric version of the classic Maui chair, a tribute to Italian designer Vico Magistretti by Kartell. The Maui chair was a focal point in the mid 90s for furniture design and is one of the first to have no metal supports, no ribbing and no tracery to support the back. This new soft version is covered with fabric from Trevira or Kvadrat Divina 3, in various vivid colour choices. Maui chairs is Kartell's favourite and constitutes the best sitting option for both domestic and private settings. In contrary to the Maui, the Maui Soft can be stacked up to four high.

Trevira and Kvadrat are both trade names of separate companies that supply fabric to furniture companies worldwide. Trevira is 100% polyester and Kvadrat's Divina 3 fabric is 100% pure virgin wool. You can personalise the Maui Soft chair with fabrics you wish to use, available for orders of at least ten items.

Please note that due to the packaging process, La Marie Chairs must be ordered in pairs of the same colour.
