Sebastian Wrong is a British product designer, born in London in 1971. He studied Sculpture at the Norwich School of Art and at the Camberwell School of Art until he completed his studies in 1993. Wrong designs furniture, lighting and accessories and has collaborated with numerous manufacturers. The Spun collection that he designed for Flos in 2002 was his breakthrough into the design world and also won him the Red Dot Design Award.
In 2016, Wrong founded his own design company, wrong.london, where they are dedicated to lighting design. It was through this company that Sebastian Wrong completed his collaboration with HAY. He also opened his own manufacturing company and is a co-founder of Established & Sons. His manufacturing prowess has lent substantial credibility to the organisation and he continues to exercise his abilities as a product designer, Wrong is active in the management and design fields at all of his companies.
