Vibia Mayfair

The Mayfair collection was designed by Diego Fortunato who describes this design as "I wanted to design a product with a historical reference because people, in these times of uncertainty, love to have some reference to the past. We have all seen these lamps in old houses and films. I don’t believe in arbitrary design. There has to be a concept”. The concept of the Mayfair was based on the ornate Bouillotte lamp, a classic french design that features one or more candlesticks with a flameproof adjustable metal shade painted reflective white on the inside. This cutting-edge design has been reinvented into the Mayfair and elevated by the use of integrated LED. The Mayfair houses two layers of lighting, one providing a perfectly evenly illuminated reflection off the inside surface of the conical shade and the other a warmer indirect up-light.

Available as a table, floor, pendant, and now mini portable, the Mayfair design is transcendent through all applications. It is ideal for above a kitchen counter or dining table in its hanging pendant form. However, brings a stunning touch to any space and brightens up the cosiest of corners as a floor or table lamp. The newest addition, the Mayfair Mini table lamp, can be charged up and carried around with you as it makes the Mayfair design portable.
