Tom Dixon Mirror Ball

The Tom Dixon Mirror Ball was a failure in design, the brand originally aimed to create a collection of lights which disappeared into their surroundings but luckily accomplished the complete opposite. Mirror Ball is highly reflective and in fact mirrors its environment, guaranteeing they will make a statement no matter where you decide to display them. Through the technical process of injection blow moulding, a melted plastic polymer is injected into a precision-made steel tool, inflated with compressed air and then cooled. The perfect mirror finish of each pendant is then created by the process of vacuum metallisation.

As the name suggests, the sphered diffusers display a reflective metallic finish that beautifully catches the light around and produces a soft and broad illumination. Available in the iconic colours of chrome and gold, these lamps provide a charismatic charm to any space, creating an iconic feature.
