The Normann Copenhagen Puff collection explores one of the longest-standing Asian traditions in the light-making industry, utilising rice paper shades to create warm ambient lighting. These shades along with the steel skeleton have been used for centuries and were originally displayed in temples. Huebner took a trip to Japan which sparked the inspiration for the Puff Lamp Collection, after seeing many variations of the rice paper shades, she decided on the perfect shapes for her version. The Puff shows a balance between functional minimalism and sculptural playfulness.
Seska Huebner's design is voluminous and light with different variants and sizes catering to both smaller and larger environments. The collection includes a pendant, a floor lamp and a table lamp which can be featured harmoniously together. The organic forms add an elegant touch to both classic and contemporary environments, perfect for living rooms, dining areas, kitchens and bedrooms.
