NORR11 Gallery

The NORR11 Gallery collection is a sculptural lighting series that balances architectural precision with atmospheric warmth. Inspired by the subdued ambiance of galleries and museums, the Gallery series transforms the interaction between light and material, using travertine plates to diffuse illumination. The design plays with contrast, while travertine is traditionally seen as a heavy, robust material, the ultra-thin plates used in Gallery resemble the delicate folds of origami, creating a visually light and airy expression. This effect is achieved through a thin metal plate embedded within the travertine, adding structure while maintaining an effortless aesthetic.

The Gallery series consists of a wall lamp and pendant, both offering a dual lighting function: a narrow opening at the base emits a gentle downward glow, while the primary function of the fixture is to cast a soft, diffused light upwards, enhancing the ambience of any space. Whether installed individually for a minimalist statement or arranged in clusters to create a sculptural installation, these lights embody timeless elegance and contemporary design.
