Le Klint Caleo

The Caleo Collection was designed by Rikki Frost in collaboration with lighting brand Le Klint. The collection originates from the Caleo Original, which Frost designed for the competitive Danish TV show Denmark's Next Classic. After coming in at second place, the rest of the collection soon followed. The collection includes four pendants, all of which feature intricate cross-pleats that make up the Caleo’s form.

The name “Caleo” comes from the Latin word meaning “to highlight”. This references the bronze detailing that highlights the intricate folds throughout the shade. Made from pleated paper and expertly hand-folded in Denmark, this delicate-looking shade gives the Caleo a weightless appearance, seemingly floating in the air. Display a single pendant above a sofa or table to add welcoming, glare-free lighting to the room. In larger rooms or commercial spaces, multiple pendants from the collection can be arranged in varying heights and sizes to create a show-stopping display.
