The Catellani & Smith Lucenera Collection was designed to take the attention away from the structure of the lamp and focus on the lighting output. The result is a minimalistic but highly versatile range of lights that are stripped back to an essential form. The design is thanks to Enzo Catellani, who utilised a black carbon tube to house the light source and a slender metal stem. Each of these lights offers directional illumination which can be altered via a slim antenna on the back of the lamp head, and the ability to adjust the beam angle and light intensity by pushing the cylinder backwards or forward. This makes the Lucenera Collection perfect for both task lighting and ambient lighting and each lamp can be used in a variety of settings.
