Audo Copenhagen Cast

The Cast Collection was designed by Tom Chung for Audo Copenhagen. The collection is inspired by casts used by masons and ancient Egyptians. The shape is similar to that of a plumb weight, which would hang on a line to find true vertical. The conical profile of the shade along with the minimalist brass detailing creates a contemporary aesthetic, free from any unnecessary clutter. The textured finish of the shade and the smooth finish of the arm create a stunning contrast that is both alluring and subtle. Each wall light is fitted with LED technology which provides ambient functional downlighting, filtered through a PMMA diffuser.

The Cast Collection includes a Wall Light and a Bathroom Wall Light. Both are similar in design, the Bathroom Wall Light is IP-rated 44, making it suitable for bathrooms, wet rooms, and external areas. The standard Cast Wall Light includes a cable and plug so needs to be installed near a socket. The muted tones and sleek design of the Cast Collection allow it to fit into a range of interiors and decors in both domestic and commercial spaces. Display at a bedside for ambient reading light, or in pairs to frame a doorway and offer a warm and welcoming glow.
