We are delighted to have been asked to propose a Lightng Design scheme for the new South Street Kitchen.

It is situatated in the Iconic Grade 2* listed Park Hill Flats Sheffield and faces directly over the city towards the peak district.

The concept was to use the wonderful grey concrete structure as a backdrop to a Sandinavian style vegetarian restaurant serving Middle Eastern style food.

The lights proposed and installed were a mixture of spotlights , to give directional functional lighting where required, and decorative feature pendants with wall lights to enhance the Scandi feel.

The Light Years Caravaggio is the ideal product to give the two storey restaurant that cool design look.

The food is wonderful, the interior relaxing, the sevice with a smile great, so we have no hesitation in saying ... dont miss it !!
