Do the prices displayed on your website include VAT?

Yes, the prices displayed on the product pages include UK VAT at 20%. For international orders, you will not be charged VAT when you get to the checkout as VAT will be deducted from your order when you select and overseas delivery address.

Do you take American Express?

We accept American Express for orders placed through our website. We can’t accept payments via American Express for orders placed against a quotation or orders placed over the phone.

What payment methods do you accept?

For orders made via the website we accept the following payment methods: Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, PayPal. For orders made via a quotation form our Sales Team, please check the terms at the bottom of your quotation. Please contact your Sales Consultant directly if you have any questions regarding payment.

Can I pay over the phone?

We can process payments over the phone for some orders. If you have received a pro-forma invoice, you will need to pay by BACS.

If you are unsure, please call our office and ask to speak with a member of our Sales Team to discuss your payment options.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

If you've ordered via our website, the order confirmation will detail VAT and can therefore be used as a VAT invoice. If you order with one of our Sales Team, they can also provide you with a VAT invoice. Please ask them for details.

Will I pay VAT on my order if it is delivered to a non-UK country?

No, if your items are being delivered outside the UK, we will not charge VAT on your order. However, you may have customs charges and VAT to pay upon receipt of the items in the country to which it’s being delivered. We recommend that customers research this prior to ordering.
