Marta Laudani and Marco Romanelli have been collaborating since 1988 as architects in Rome and Milan. They worked in the design field for Bosa, Driade, Fiam, Glas, Nodus, Oluce, Salviati and many more. Their work has been published in several famous international magazines and participated in the Venice Architecture Biennale in the “News from the Interior” section. In 2001, Laudani and Romanelli planned the recovery of the “Museum of Roman Civilization” on behalf of Fiat-Engineering.
The design pair work with intense critical meditation on topics involving living and design: Marta Laudani teaches “History of design” at the master program for curators of museums of contemporary art and architecture at the La Sapienza University in Rome whilst Marco Romanelli was a director of the journal Domus from 1986 to 1994 and since 1995 he has held this position for Abitare.
