His family encourages his creative streak, providing him access to a workshop and space to build the craziest things from anything he could find. Bazle studied Industrial Design at HfG Schwabisch Gmund where he graduated from in 2018. He then went on to work in Berlin, at Mykilos, a contemporary design label as well as completing freelance projects in the Product, Retail and Interior Design fields.
Bazle's approach to design focuses on functionality, creating products that assist in the users day to day life. His ideas come from observing the everyday things around them and reinventing them. He also enjoys involving interactivity in his design, adding a playful touch to his creations.
"I grew up in a rural area, so I always had plenty of space to build things and spent a lot of time in the workshop. My conclusion was to study product design in order to continue doing this in a playful way. For me, design is the perfect discipline to share my fascination for technology and form with others." - Lukas Bazel
