Lars Beller Fjetland

Lars Beller Fjetland grew up on the west coast of Norway, where he has nurtured a lifelong fascination for the union of function with the finest of nature’s materials in furniture, interiors and lighting. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree from Bergen National Academy of the Arts in 2012, Lars was constantly looking to broaden his horizon as a dedicated explorer of form and function through various new projects by bringing elements of his Nordic upbringing into each of his designs.

Fjetland cultivated a deep appreciation and discernment for the natural world and its contribution to design. Fjetland believes it is the designer’s mission to create enduring objects that will appeal to future generations. He is curious and pragmatic and aims to highlight materials' functional, sustainable, and natural beauty. This led to him becoming a multi-award-winning designer.
