Their collaborative partnership began in 2015, blending Hansen’s formal training in architecture and design with Hyldahl’s background in fashion and global design influences. Together, they create innovative lighting and furniture pieces that merge Japanese minimalism with Scandinavian functionality.

Kristian Sofus Hansen, a graduate of the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and the Kyoto Institute of Technology, brings a deep understanding of traditional design methods combined with cutting-edge production techniques. His designs are known for their clean lines and functional elegance, often drawing inspiration from Eastern aesthetics.

Tommy Hyldahl, founder of NORR11, leverages his extensive travels across Asia to infuse his designs with a unique blend of Japanese simplicity and European craftsmanship.
