Front

Front are a Swedish design group founded in 2003, made up of two founders - Anna Lindgren and Sofia Lagerkvist. Their work blurs the boundaries between interior design and art and aims to communicate a story to the observer about the design process. Front are one of the most experimental designers that we stock, regularly playing with visual effects. Though not typically Scandinavian, we love the nature of Front's designs.

The pair collaborate closely throughout every stage of the design process, from initial ideas all the way through to the final product. This yields extraordinarily imaginative results. Their most talked about creation is their Horse Floor Lamp. Their work is displayed in multiple museums around the globe, including MoMA, Vitra Design Museum and Victoria, M+, Nationalmuseum, Centre Pompidou and Albert Museum.
