Enrico Franzolini is an Italian designer and architect, who studied architecture at universities in Florence and Venice - graduating in 1979. Franzolini is committed to industrial design and in 1981 he founded his own design firm. He works independently and alongside other collaborators for larger projects, he has worked for successful brands across the globe including Foscarini.
Vicente Garcia Jimenez is a Spanish designer who specialises in industrial design, he founded established Studio García Cumini Associati in 2012 alongside his wife and fellow designer Cinzia Cumini. Jimenez experiments with textures and colours, and creates new atmospheres through light and shadows.
The pair joined forces to create Foscarini's Big Bang, a dynamic and artful light that evokes the motion of an explosion.
