Edward Barber & Jay Osgerby

Edward Barber & Jay Osgerby are London-based designers who met whilst studying Architecture at the Royal College of Art. The two began their collaboration as students at RACA and have since created everything from furniture, lighting, household products and interiors in the hospitality sector. In 1969 they founded their design studio, where they have an emphasis on experimentation and innovation - specialising in architecture, interior design, sculptures, product design and exhibition design.

Barber & Osgerby challenge the boundaries of design, and their work reflects the close relationship of their work with industrial processes and new technologies, but also its affinities with fine art. They have collaborated with a range of global brands such as Flos, Vitra, Panasonic and Swarovski.
