Cenlitrosmetrocadrado

Cenlitrosmetrocadrado is a Galician design studio founded in 2006 by designers Ricardo Tubío and Xabier Rilo. Their philosophy is to design rationally, making each piece they create justifiable - having a functional, practical, or emotional component to them. They understand the importance of the home, as it is where we spend most of our time, and so want their designs to fit in seamlessly and help in creating a comfortable environment.

Cenlitrosmetrocadrado draws inspiration from their Galician roots. The projects they undertake range from product design to graphics and spatial design. They have been awarded for both their graphics as well as in the industrial field of product and space design. These awards include The Laus de Plata 2016, Best Industrial Design Award at the Paraguas Awards 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2021, Innovation and Design Award 2020 of the Xunta de Galicia and a mention at the BID20 Awards of the Ibero-American Design Biennial.
