Aurelién Barbry was born in 1969 in Paris. He graduated with Honors from Ecole Camondo Paris as an industrial and interior designer. He then started his career by working with famous architect, Jean Nouvel between 1997 to 2006 as head of projects. Since then Aurélien Barbry has worked on many different interior and design projects, his clients include Georg Jensen, COR, Menu, Le Klint, Normann Copenhagen and ENO among others.
Aurelién Barbry founded his own studio in 2007 in Paris and then took on a second studio in Copenhagen in 2008. He is based in Copenhagen where he continues to work on challenging designs.
