Arik Levy

Arik Levy is a designer, artist, photographer and technician - truly taking on a multidisciplinary approach to the creative world. Levy was originally born in Tel Aviv, Israel, in 1963 but eventually moved to Europe in 1988 and currently works and lives in Paris. He studied Industrial Design at the Art Centre College of Design in Switzerland before progressing to teaching the subject at L'École Nationale Supérieure de Création Industrielle, a French design studio.

After all of this experience, in 1997 Arik Levy co-founded his own studio with Pippo Lionni - L Design. Within this studio, Levy creates projects with a sophisticated feel, a refined sense and a sculptural approach. The studio's activities extend from the creation of sculptures and installations to the development of industrial designs and everyday products. Many of these designs allow the user to be in control and provide full personability and adjustability. Over the years Levy has won numerous awards including numerous Red Dot Design Awards and Elle Decoration awards.
