Brokis is a Czech-based contemporary lighting manufacturer that values true craftmanship, they combine handblown glass with other refined materials. Brokis was founded in 2006 by Jan Rabell, who wanted to elevate bohemian glass-making in the modern age. Rabell created a lighting brand offering entirely different products than those already in circulation, he ensured several new Italian-style furnaces were built, and production techniques were refined to create only the best for his clients. The lights produced by the Brokis team boast unique designs that prioritise functionality, their collections, designed by renowned Czech and foreign artists, have received numerous awards in prestigious design competitions around the world.

Brokisglass is a key aspect of Brokis' identity, it is a sub-division of their company that focuses on utilising wasted glass shards in order to create a new material. The raw material is ecologically and effectively upcycled, reducing waste and harbouring a positive impact on the environment. Brokisglass was founded in 2010 and contributes to the creation of healthy relationships between nature and human society.
