Rubn

Rubn is a lighting brand founded by Niclas Hoflin who also acts as the lead designer. Hoflin developed his craft and design mantra alongside his mentor Ole Palsby, an iconic Danish designer who made waves in the 20th century with his kitchen and table product ranges. The ethos behind the Rubn brand is that of simplicity, function and durability, creating lighting designs that endure for a long time in all forms, connected to people, objects and ideas.

Rubn create their wide range of lights in a factory located in Vittsjö, Sweden that was founded in 1951 by brothers Östen and Uno Kristiansson for their own design company, creating lights for millions of spaces. This means that there is over 60 years of light manufacturing experience at the company, a staple in lighting design, rich in history and know-how.

Rubn have many iconic lights under their wing, with bestsellers such as the Long John pendant light, the Bloomsbury wall light and the Astoria floor lamp being stunning and beautiful products as part of their wide range. The Rubn lights are sure to add elegance, refinement and a contemporary touch to any room.
